Management Innovation According to Nature's Genius
Challenges
It is never easy to introduce new thinking and new approaches to companies and society at large. Despite our daunting economic pressures and other concerns, there is an abundance of inertia, a dearth of real leadership, and a shortage of vision and creativity. Even in the most advanced and successful companies, we see an inability to think in big frames and a resistance to translate biology thinking into a specific business culture.
As a consequence, we are patient, persistent, and very hands on with our approach. These success stories will help us domino the adoption of our innovative approach through industry–to the benefit of society and our natural world.
