1. The first bar lines up to 9.
The aquarium has 9 of which animal?

The aquarium has 9 otters. So, the first bar should be labeled Otters.
Now let's label the other bars.
2. The scale counts up by 6s.
James spent 36 minutes completing his ocean project. We can find James at the bottom of the graph and create a bar over his name that is even with 36.
Now, let's do the same thing for the other 4 students.
