These are some sentences that I noted down while studying parts of speech: 

1. When we use articles and adjectives to give more information about a noun, we create a noun phrase.

2. Adjectives do not have a plural form.

3. Lexical or main verbs show what the subject does, while Auxiliary or helping verbs show tense, help create questions, and negative statements. 

4. Conjunctions are used to connect words, phrases, or sentences. 

5. Prepositions show a relationship of place, time, or location between noun and pronouns. 

6. Interjection is a spoken or written expression of emotion 

7. Adverb of degree includes very, really, quite, and extremely. 

8. Possessive pronouns include mine, yours, his, hers, its, ours, and theirs. 

9. The indefinite article, a, should be used before a singular noun that has a consonant sound.  

(ii) The indefinite article, an, should be used before a singular noun that has a vowel sound.
