Jack must have thought he would get away with it, but he quickly walked back into the building when he saw the windows of the building flickered with blue and red lights.
Re: 4.3 Discussion: Write About Your Conclusions
I like the way you add your opinion on moral lesson.
The sentence you provided suggests that Jack initially believed he would not face consequences for something he did or intended to do. However, when he noticed the windows of the building flashing with blue and red lights, indicating police or emergency vehicle lights, he quickly changed his mind and returned to the building.
This scenario implies that Jack may have been engaging in some form of wrongdoing or illegal activity, leading to the arrival of law enforcement or emergency services. His reaction of quickly walking back into the building upon seeing the flashing lights indicates that he realized the seriousness of the situation and decided to retreat or reconsider his actions.
Jack has just committed robbery, however before he exited, he saw police arrival.
Re: 4.3 Discussion: Write About Your Conclusions
A jail was Jack's new home. He was arrested by police when he was on attempt of robbery in a bank.
He was tauntingly thanking the woman as we assumed that she helped him pack the money in the large bag. Jack took the bag off the counter. We assumed he saw the police lights as he walked out the building and that he was trying to find a different route to escape. Jack stopped as he saw the pulsating blue and red lights through the windows and hurriedly walked back into the building.
It's like that song that goes like " it was all good just a week ago " jack thought he pulled off a successful robbery but things got hairy when he saw the red and blue lights
