          This first unit explores key organizational communication concepts and how to effectively convey ideas, actively listen to others, and confidently navigate challenging conversations. Additionally, you will examine various communication styles and preferences, helping you tailor your approach to different colleagues and situations.

          Completing this unit should take you approximately 5 hours.

        • Unit 2: Interpersonal and Intrapersonal Business Communication

          This final unit examines interpersonal communication for better workplace interactions. Interpersonal communication means how we talk and listen to others. This skill is crucial for building strong relationships with colleagues, bosses, and clients. In this unit, you will also explore how to express yourself clearly and respectfully, ensuring your messages are understood.

          Completing this unit should take you approximately 8 hours.

          To receive a free Course Completion Certificate, you will need to earn a grade of 70% or higher on this final exam. Your grade for the exam will be calculated as soon as you complete it. If you do not pass the exam on your first try, you can take it again as many times as you want, with a 7-day waiting period between each attempt.
