Quality assessment and analysis

Formal quality assessment of eligible studies will be independently undertaken by two reviewers using the Critical Appraisal Skills Programme Economic Evaluations checklist. Disagreements will be resolved through discussion, with arbitration by a third reviewer if agreement cannot be reached through discussion.
