Being fluent in all languages is definitely a flex, but being able to to communicate with the animals is a whole new thing, learning their language and their surroundings would be a novel and unexplored experience. Also we might be able to discover and learn new things that had previously been overlooked. Afterall every new knowledge takes place through communication, what if the animals know something that the humans don't....
