A Memorable Easter Sunday
It was Easter Sunday, and my family and I had just finished a delicious breakfast. My twin sister and I, who were around 10 years old at the time, were beyond excited to wear our new Easter dresses. Our mom had spent hours sewing the identical dresses, complete with intricate floral patterns and matching bonnets.
As we put on our dresses, our mom handed us each a small Easter basket filled with candy and small toys. We couldn't wait to show off our new outfits and baskets at church. The sun was shining, and the air was filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers as we walked to church.
During the service, my sister and I sat quietly, trying our best to behave. But as soon as the service ended, we couldn't contain our excitement. We ran outside to show our friends our new dresses and Easter baskets.
Looking back, that Easter Sunday was a memorable day filled with family, friends, and joy. Even though my sister and I are grown now, we still cherish that special memory and look forward to creating new ones together.
