1. NounThe naming words

These name a person, place, thing, or idea.

2. PronounReplaces a noun

Used to avoid repeating the same noun.
📝 Examples: he, she, it, we, they
👉 Instead of saying “Lisa is kind. Lisa helps others,” we say “Lisa is kind. She helps others.”


3. VerbAction or being words

Shows what the subject does or is.
📝 Examples: run, sing, is, have
👉 He runs every morning.


4. AdjectiveDescribes a noun or pronoun
