Great day to all!
A compound sentence connects two independent clauses with a coordinating conjunction.
Interrogative in a "COMPOUND SENTENCE"
SAMPLE: Did she call you, or did she send a message instead?
A complex sentence has one independent clause and at least one dependent clause.
Interrogative in a "COMPLEX SENTENCE"
SAMPLE: What did you do when you realized your phone was missing?
