Vocabulary Building Discussion

Today, I decided to try the vocabulary strategy of using new words in sentences. I chose this method because I believe that putting words into context helps me remember them better. While reading, I came across a few new words like supervise, litigator, and supervision. I wrote sentences such as “The manager must supervise the team carefully,” and “A litigator is someone who argues cases in court.” This strategy really worked for me because it made the words feel more familiar and easier to use in daily conversation. I also learned to recognize the different forms of the same root word, like how supervise is a verb and supervision is the noun form. Overall, this method was fun and effective, and I’m going to keep using it to build my vocabulary day by day.
