Every day, I wake up around 6:30 a.m. and start my day with a short workout or stretching routine. After that, I eat breakfast and get ready for school/work. My mornings are usually filled with classes or tasks that require focus, so I try to stay organized and take short breaks when needed. In the afternoon, I usually study, work on assignments, or attend meetings. In the evening, I like to relax by reading, watching a show, or spending time with family. I usually go to bed around 10:30 p.m.
