At 6am, I usually wake up. I get out of bed and make the bed neatly because I don't like the untidy pillow, blankets and bedsheets.
Then I go the bathroom and brush my teeth before washing my face. I change my clothes and go to the kitchen to prepare my breakfast. I usually eat rice noodles for breakfast.
After breakfast, I go to work on foot at 8 am. I work as a senior assistant teacher at a private school that is not too far from my house. At 12 noon, I have my lunch with my colleagues. I actively teach my lovely and obdient students the whole day.
My school is over at 4 pm. I come back home at 4:30pm. I take a rest by listening to music or checking my mobile phone. Then I take a shower and have dinner that my mom prepares.
After having dinner, I sit at my table for the next day lesson plan. And then I check my mails and chat with my friends online.
Before going to bed, I say my prayers and meditate for about 15 minutes. Mediatation can help my mind receive calmness and concentrate on my mind.
Wow! Enjoying my satisfying routine, I go to bed at 11pm.
