Every day, I wake up at 6:30 AM and start my morning with a quick workout or a short walk. After that, I take a shower and eat breakfast—usually toast and fruit. I begin my classes or work around 8:00 AM and spend most of the day studying or attending meetings. In the afternoon, I take a break to eat lunch and sometimes relax by reading or watching a short video. In the evening, I like to cook dinner, spend time with my family, and prepare for the next day. Before bed, I try to relax by listening to music or journaling.
