The eight parts of speech are nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions, and interjections. Each plays a crucial role in language:

●Nouns identify people, places, or things.

●Pronouns replace nouns to avoid repetition.

●Verbs express actions or states of being.

●Adjectives describe nouns, adding detail.

●Adverbs modify verbs, adjectives, or other adverbs, providing context.

●Prepositions show relationships between words.

●Conjunctions connect words or phrases.

●Interjections convey emotions or reactions.
