*Strategy: Word Association*

I chose the word association strategy to build my vocabulary. This involves creating mental connections between new words and words I already know. For example, if I learn a new word like "perspicacious," I might associate it with the word "perceptive" or "insightful."

*New Words Learned:*

Using this strategy, I learned the following new words:

- *Perspicacious*: having a keen understanding and insight

- *Ennui*: a feeling of listlessness and boredom

- *Fastidious*: meticulous and demanding in one's standards

*Effectiveness:*

This strategy worked well for me, as it helped me create meaningful connections between new words and my existing vocabulary. By associating new words with familiar ones, I was able to better understand their meanings and retain them more effectively.

*Sharing the Strategy:*

I'd be happy to share the word association strategy with others. To implement it, one can follow these steps:

1. Learn a new word and its definition.

2. Think of a word or phrase that is already familiar and associate it with the new word.

3. Create a mental image or connection between the two words.

4. Practice using the new word in context to reinforce its meaning.

By using word association, individuals can build a stronger vocabulary and improve their language skills.
