-I wake up at 7am in the morning. I drink a glass of water and start doing a little bit of exercising.
-I eat breakfast at 8am together with my family.
-At 9am, I start working.
-I eat lunch at 12 noon so I'll have energy to continue and finish my work.
-At 6pm, my work is done. It's time for some relaxation.
-It's 10pm already, quite late. It's time to go to sleep.
