I think that IT offshore outsourcing has both advantages and disadvantages. For companies, it can effectively save costs and improve competitiveness; but for the countries where outsourcing is done, it may cause local employees to lose their jobs, affecting the economy and people's lives. For the countries that accept these outsourced jobs, although new employment opportunities are provided and economic development is promoted, the salary level is often low, the work pressure is high, and the quality of life of employees may be affected. In short, offshore outsourcing helps companies save money, but it also brings many social and economic problems. The key is how to take into account the needs of local employment while enjoying the advantages of globalization.
