IT offshoring is a complicated issue because it has both positive and negative impacts. On one hand, it helps organizations lower their costs, which can lead to cheaper products or services and even allow companies to grow. On the other hand, it often takes away jobs from people in the country where the company is based, which can hurt workers and local economies. At the same time, offshoring can provide opportunities in other countries, offering jobs to people who might not otherwise have them. I feel that offshoring can be beneficial if it’s done responsibly, with companies supporting workers in both their home country and the countries they outsource to. However, it’s important to find a balance so that cost savings don’t come at the expense of people’s livelihoods.
