Uttam is a very disciplined boy. He gets up early in the morning and watered his plants near the eaves of his house.

The above sentences are not in correct tense consistency because the verb in the first sentence is- is, in the second sentence the verbs are - gets and watered. The last verb is in past tense. So, the third verb watered is not in tense consistency with other two verbs. So, the verb watered should be waters. So, the correct answer is :

Uttam is a very disciplined boy. He gets up early in the morning and waters his plants near the eaves of his house.
