Today, I tried the Word Map strategy to build my vocabulary. I picked a few new words from an article I read and created a word map for each one. A word map helps me organize a word by writing:
Word: Resilient
Definition: Able to recover quickly from difficulties.
Synonym: Strong
Antonym: Fragile
Sentence: She was very resilient after facing so many challenges.
Drawing: I drew a small spring bouncing back up!
