Hello everyone,

After going through the learning activities, I chose these two sentences because they clearly show how different parts of speech function in a sentence:

  1. "He is tall and he is smart."
  2. "Oh no! I forgot my keys at home!"

Parts of Speech Breakdown:

  • Conjunction: "And" is used here to connect two independent ideas.
  • Interjection: "Oh no!" is used to express a sudden, strong emotion.
  • Adjectives: "Tall" and "Smart" are used to describe the person.
  • Noun: "Keys" and "Home" are used to name a thing and a place.
  • Verb: "Forgot" shows the action that happened in the sentence.

I look forward to seeing the examples you all found!
