Hello everyone! While reviewing the Parts of Speech resources, I found these sentences particularly helpful for understanding how words function together:

Selected Sentences:

"Correlative conjunctions, such as either/or and neither/nor, must always be used in pairs to connect balanced ideas."

"Prepositions describe the relationship between a noun and another part of the sentence, often indicating time, place, or direction."

Parts of Speech Examples from these sentences:

Correlative Conjunctions: either/or, neither/nor (Used to join equal grammatical units).

Abstract Nouns: relationship, ideas, direction (Nouns you cannot touch, see, or smell).

Adverbs: always, often (Words that modify how or when an action occurs).

Prepositions: between, in, of (Words that show the link between nouns and the rest of the sentence).

I found it interesting how specific the rules for conjunctions are to keep a sentence "balanced." What did you all find most surprising in this lesson?
