Every morning. I wake up at 7:00 a.m. and start my day by stretching for a few minutes to feel energized. After brushing my teeth and washing my face, I prepare a healthy breakfast, usually consisting of oatmeal and fresh fruit. By 8:00 a.m., I head to work, where I spend most of the day answering emails, attending meetings, and completing tasks. During lunch, I enjoy a quick walk outside to clear my mind. After work, I relax by reading a book or cooking dinner with my family. Before bed, I reflect on my day and plan for tomorrow.
