I usually wake up early every morning while my three sisters always wake up late. They prefer to have a long sleep but I prefer to wake up early for me to have time in the morning to exercise. My sisters don't exercise, they prefer to stay at home to watch movies and use their phones. I really love exercise because it helps me to be more active and stronger. I don't know why many people don't want to exercise. Besides, I often play badminton with my club members. Similar with my sisters, they love to play badminton but they do not often play.
