Context Clues: Guess the meaning of word by reading the surronding word or sentence.
Example: He was exhausted, so he went to bed early.

Word Parts: Break the word into parts to understand its actual meaning.
Example: Unhappy= Un (not) + Happy So Unhappy mean not happy.

Synonyms & Antonyms: Learn the word with their similar & opposite meaning.
Example: Brave synonym Fearless, Brave Antonyms Coward

Word Mapping: Create a map with the words, meanings, examples & related words.
Example: Brave= Not afraid, (The brave soldier saved the child.)

Using a new word in a sentence: Use alway new words in your daily sentences. 
Example: Polite (He is always polite to his teachers)

Visual Association: Connect the word with the picture or image in your mind.
Example: Apple (Red Apple, Green Apple)

Repetition & Review: Repeat the new gain word regulary to remember it.
Example: If you learn a new word "Honest" then it repeat regularly in your daily based own sentence to remember it.

Dictionary Use: Use the dictionary to check the correct meaning, pronounciation and use of word to understand the word.
Example: Generous (Someone who like to give & share)
