I always get up at 7:00 am. After fresh up, I drink a glass of water. I like to do morning exercises. And then, I have my breakfast around 9:00 am. During my breakfast time, I plan my day for my personal development.

After that, I start my studying up to 12:00 am. I take a short break for my lunch. And then, I prepare to attend my class with zoom. When I finished my class, sometimes I use social media like facebook. Sometimes I take a nap. I have my dinner at 6:00 am. And then, I read books and also write journaling. I like to study languages like Korean and Japanese. So, I always study these languages before I sleep. I always sleep around 11:00 pm. During preparing my bed, I often listen to relaxing music that can improve my sleeping mood. That is my daily schedule of most of my weekdays.
