Building vocabulary

Today, I tried the context clues strategy to build my vocabulary. While reading an article, I focused on unfamiliar words and used the surrounding sentences to figure out their meanings before checking a dictionary. This strategy worked well for me because it helped me understand the words naturally without interrupting my reading too much.

Some new words I learned include “resilient” (able to recover quickly from difficulties), “inevitable” (certain to happen), and “analyze” (to examine something carefully). Using context clues made the words easier to remember because I learned them within real sentences. Overall, this strategy was effective, and I plan to continue using it to improve my vocabulary.Today, I tried the context clues strategy to build my vocabulary.
