Adverb – words that describe verbs, adjectives, or other adverbs (how, when, where, how often).
Preposition – words that show the relationship between a noun/pronoun and another word in a sentence.
Conjunction – words used to join words, phrases, or sentences.
Interjection – words that express emotions or sudden feelings.
Generally, I also learned that:
Parts of speech help us understand how words function in a sentence.
They help in forming correct and meaningful sentences.
They improve speaking, writing, and comprehension in English.
They make communication clearer and more organized
