From the Parts of Speech lesson, I learned that each word in a sentence has a special role. One important sentence for me was, “Adjectives describe nouns and give more information.” This sentence helped me understand how adjectives give extra details about nouns.
Another useful sentence was, “Verbs show action or state of being.” This sentence helped me understand what verbs do in a sentence.
