Today I tried a vocabulary strategy called learning words through context. I read a short article in English and tried to understand the meaning of new words from the sentences instead of translating them immediately.
This strategy worked well for me because it helped me understand how the words are used in real situations. After reading, I looked up the meanings to confirm if my guesses were correct.
Some of the new words I learned today were reliable, improve, and efficient. For example, I learned that reliable describes someone or something you can trust, and efficient means doing something well without wasting time or energy.
I think this strategy is useful because it helps me remember words better and understand how to use them correctly in sentences. I will continue using this method to build my vocabulary.
