Sentence Basics Discussion

I identified the sentence structure using the SVOMPT pattern (Subject, Verb, Object, Manner, Place, Time).

1. Robert lives in an apartment.
   Subject: Robert | Verb: lives | Place: in an apartment

2. He loves his job.
   Subject: He | Verb: loves | Object: his job

3. His wife teaches college courses.
   Subject: His wife | Verb: teaches | Object: college courses

4. They work in the mornings.
   Subject: They | Verb: work | Time: in the mornings

This activity helped me understand how sentences are organized and that some parts like object, manner, place, or time may not always be included.
