Hi! My name is Camilo and I live in Bogotá, Colombia. I am a chef and culinary trainer, and I really love working with food. I teach cooking techniques to professional cooks, which is something I find very rewarding.
I enjoy fire cooking and working with fermented and preserved foods. I also have a large group of dogs at home — they keep life interesting! On weekends, I like to spend time in nature. Colombia has incredible wildlife, especially along the Pacific coast, and I am passionate about it.
I do not like rushed mornings, and I rarely watch television. I prefer reading or listening to music instead.
