Examples of this theme:

The following example includes the studied parts of the dialogue:
I live in Guayaquil, Ecuador, but I would like to live at the beach, specifically in Salinas. Why? Because it's a comfortable place and its gastronomy is delicious! Yammy!
Parts of speech:
I, It ---> pronouns
Guayaquil, Ecuador, Salinas ---> proper nouns
Beach, place, gastronomy ---> nouns
Comfortable, delicious ---> adjectives
Live, is ---> verbs
Specifically --->adverb
But, and ---> conjunctions
In, at ---> prepositions
Yummy --->interjection
