I don't have a very strict routine, but I try to make sure I wake up early every day. After waking up, I stretch and then wash my face to feel refreshed. Breakfast usually consists of something simple like cereal or toast, and then I head off to work. Throughout the day, I focus on my tasks, attend meetings, and take short breaks when I can. After work, I like to relax a bit by reading a book or watching a TV show. In the evening, I prepare dinner and spend some time with my family. Before going to bed, I check my schedule for the next day. It’s not the perfect routine, but I try to keep things balanced.
