I would rather be fluent in all the languages because knowing variety of languages helps in interacting with different persons from different areas or regions.
However,communication with animals is also one of the best ways in reachingout to them in an environment ,in most occasions ,i have seen animals such as cows,cats,goats and other domestic animals responding to people's calls or commands.so speaking to animals fluently could open ways for cultural diversity.
