Considering Emotions

During negotiations, many emotions may arise while attempting to resolve conflict. Emotions must be considered when in the middle of a conflict because they can influence the outcomes considerably. In many cases, emotions can overcome reason, and as a leader, you must consider this to keep an effective balance.
