I usually wake up at 5.30 am. Then I meditate and journal for half an hour. I go to the gym three times a week. I always spend one hour each day reading while having morning coffee. I usually have breakfast at 10.30 am. Then I spend 4-5 hours on my studies every day. I take my lunch at 2.30pm. Then I always go to work in the evening. On weekends, I sometimes go to the casino to play poker. I do regular chores and get ready for next week on Sunday.
