According to the article topic, there are some questions come up in my mind as below:
1. What is the definition of multitasking?
2. Why should we doodle in class?
3. Isn’t that disrespectful to a teacher?
4. Does multitasking give only benefits or are there any other bad things about it?
5. What are the benefits of doodling?
As I’m reading the article, I’ve got the answer as below.
Question No.1; the definition of multitasking is about rapid task-switching. For example, when you answer texts back while watching a movie, your attention moves from the movie to the text suddenly.
Question No.4; multitasking gives not only benefits but other bad things with the example of a driver who drives a car talking on the phone is not safe but on the other hand, others say that drivers who has speaking partner on the phone can make them alert.
Question No. 2; it’s better to doodle sit in a boring class for long hours as it can make the students mind occupied and active.
I like the advice of listening soothing music while studying or doing the tasks which are required to focus. It makes me feel fresh and relax our brain along with the sound.
