I always wake up in the morning, not reaching noon. Similar to my father who wakes up from 4 to 5 am. I read a book in my bed, to warm-up the eyes. My father hasn't read a book in a long time. Then I stand at the front porch to get sunlight on my body and in my eyes. And I get the solar night candles and put them on a chair out in the sun, just like my father does. My father and I work around the same time, him with his job, me with my schoolworks. And at evening, I wash the dishes while my father rests after a long day.
