Last week, I attended a school seminar about mental health awareness. It happened on Wednesday afternoon in the school auditorium. While the guest speaker was sharing her experiences, I was taking notes eagerly. I felt inspired by her story and the way she handled challenges in her life. During the seminar, I sat beside my classmates and we listened attentively. After the session, we asked questions and the speaker answered them with so much kindness. I learned a lot about self-care, stress management, and how to support others emotionally. That evening, I shared what I had learned with my mother while we were having dinner. I usually don’t attend seminars like that, so it was a refreshing and meaningful experience. I’m glad I went because it reminded me to take care of myself and others, especially during busy days.
