IT offshoring is a difficult topic for me to choose side on. On one side, it helps companies save money and grow, which is good for global economy overall. But on the other side, it takes away jobs from local people, making many families in dangerous situation. I feel sad for those who lose their work, but maybe offshoring can create some opportunities in future in different ways. In my opinion, finding a balance between cost-saving and protecting local jobs is the best solution.
