I usually wake up at 7:00 AM on weekdays, and I often exercise for thirty minutes every morning. After my workout, I always have breakfast at 7:30 AM, and I typically go to work at 8:30 AM. On Fridays, I sometimes meet friends for lunch, and I usually relax at home in the evenings. My friend Alex, on the other hand, typically wakes up at 6:30 AM. He always runs for an hour before breakfast, which he usually has at 8:00 AM. Alex often works from home, starting his day around 9:00 AM, and he frequently goes out for lunch with his colleagues. In the evenings, he usually spends his time playing video games. How early do you usually wake up compared to me? What time do you have breakfast, and do you have any morning routines? Do you exercise regularly like I do? How often do you go out for lunch or dinner with friends? What do you typically do in the evenings to relax? I look forward to hearing about your routines!

I always wake up at 6:30 a.m. on weekdays, but my sister usually wakes up at 7:00 a.m. I often eat breakfast at 7:00 a.m., while she sometimes skips breakfast if she's in a hurry. I go to school every weekday at 7:30 a.m., but my sister leaves at 8:00 a.m. because her classes start later. We both usually do our homework in the afternoon, but I prefer doing mine right after school, while she often does hers in the evening. I rarely watch TV on weekdays, but my sister frequently watches her favorite shows before bedtime. On weekends, we both sometimes go out with friends, but I prefer staying home and reading books more often.
