Last week, I attended a surprise birthday party for my cousin. It was on Saturday evening at her friend’s house. I arrived a bit early to help with the decorations. While we were hanging balloons, someone accidentally popped one, and we all jumped! When my cousin walked in, we were hiding behind the furniture and shouted “Surprise!” She was laughing and crying at the same time. Later, we played games, danced, and took a lot of pictures. I was talking to some of her friends when the cake arrived. It looked amazing, and it tasted even better. The party ended around midnight, and I got home very tired but happy. It was one of the best nights I’ve had in a long time.
