IT Shoring may initially seem like a bad thing for local economies. Those negative aspects of IT Shoring are it takes jobs away where the company originates from and may hurt the reputation of the company that uses IT Shoring. However, the pros of IT Shoring are that companies save money when they use it, and this helps them focus their money into other sections of the company that helps the consumer. I feel that IT Shoring should be used in moderation, like basic help centers, but for more complex questions from costumers, companies should hire within their own community to help it thrive.
