If I had to choose, I would rather be fluent in all languages. While communicating with animals would be fascinating, being fluent in all human languages would allow me to connect with people worldwide, break down language barriers, and foster better understanding across cultures. Research shows that learning multiple languages enhances cognitive abilities, boosts creativity, and opens up numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth. Moreover, knowing different languages can deepen one's understanding of different cultures, promoting empathy and cooperation in our increasingly globalized world. In contrast, understanding animals' needs could still be achieved through observation and behavioral studies.
