Everyone is capable of learning languages. & If u give your 100 % efforts & time . You can surely achieve fluency in all languages but talking with animals is a unique concept . Millions of billions of dollars are spent on animal testing & experiments . If I would be able to communicate with animals it will help our mankind to understand & connect more with animals .what kind of thinking pattern they will have also I'll be interested to know what they think about us as humans
