As someone with an active work routine, especially on weekdays, I find it challenging to adjust during the vacation season. That’s why staying proactive each day has been a struggle.
Let me share what I did last Friday.
In the morning, before having breakfast, I did yoga and a few exercises. After that, I tutored my nephews. Before lunchtime, I took care of the laundry—I washed, dried, and folded the clothes. After lunch, I had some screen time, mostly watching TikTok and Netflix. By dinnertime, I took a bath and followed my skincare routine.
Although it’s been difficult to maintain the same energy during the break, I’m learning to create small routines that help me stay productive and balanced even during vacation.
