I've been following this course for a few days, to have a deeper understanding of the English language on the theoretical level. As you can see, I write English well, but I need further fine tuning as I am literally "grammar-blind". I feel it is gonna be a wasted potential to be able to listen, write and speak English well, but be ignorant on grammar, for example I did not know about the 8 elements of the speech figures, attending this course made me aware of it. In a medieval fantasy setting, it feels like I only know how to cast magic spells, but not understand the spells or the language of the magic itself. Literally I'm a raw sorcerer instead of a learnt wizard. This course brings me closer to becoming a wizard in the English language.
