I learned about two reading methods: Skimming and Scanning. The explanation is a summary for easier understanding.
Skimming: reading quickly (or fast) to get (or find) the main idea before proceeding to the next text/paragraph. Used most when reviewing. (Just like I do :D)
Scanning: you scan the whole page, imagine it as scanning a page like a robot or a machine. It helps you find specific parts of information and getting it together in your mind, some sort of puzzle that can be finished quickly. Used when answering activities in your book, kinda helpful :D
